About the Role
As a Residential Concierge, you will help guests reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them, while upholding Six Senses values of local sensitivity and integral sensibility.Responsibilities
Responsible for all guests' arrival experience to the Residences/Mansions: checking guests in and ensuring accurate administrative tasks.Support Residential Concierge Coordinators in contacting arriving guests following LQA and Six Senses standards and procedures.Input guest data into the PMS, maintaining an updated guest history.Handle guest complaints, suggestions, and compliments;
