Luxury Guest Experience Lead

Kerzner International’s One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai seeks a dedicated Host/Butler to deliver exceptional, personalized service to our guests. You will supervise the Host/Butler team, coordinate with F&B, housekeeping and front office, and ensure VIP guests receive a warm, seamless arrival experience.

You should have at least two years’ experience in a call center within luxury resorts or hotels, fluent English, and strong communication skills.
