- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable, high-volume real estate sales experience in the UAE, specifically targeting luxury off-plan developments and high-net-worth investors.
- Exceptional multilingual negotiation skills; absolute fluency in English is mandatory, while native-level proficiency in Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic provides a critical advantage for foreign investor conversion.
- Aggressively drive off‑plan property sales across Nakheel's ultra‑luxury portfolio, consistently meeting and exceeding strict multi-million dirham quarterly revenue quotas.
