Luxury Bar Manager – Lead Cocktails & Service

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Bar Manager for the Enclave Bar, responsible for leading and mentoring the bar team while maintaining high service standards in a luxurious setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in upscale hospitality, with an expert understanding of cocktails and beverage trends.

This role involves overseeing daily operations, inventory management, and developing innovative drink menus tailored to guest preferences, all while ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
