This role requires a dynamic individual capable of shaping the atmosphere and building the venue's reputation as a must-visit destination for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies.The right candidate will enhance the guest experience by attracting and nurturing a strong clientele through effective networking and social engagement.
Compensation includes a gross salary of $19,000 MXN monthly, grocery vouchers, and performance-based commissions.
