CYBERSECURITY ENGINEER (1‑YEAR TEMPORARY CONTRACT)

Location: LTA-ITCD

We are seeking a hands‑on Cyber Engineer to join the cybersecurity team with a primary focus on Akamai Web Application Firewall (WAF) operations. The candidate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational health of the Akamai environment, support expansion of coverage to additional internal systems, and help mature the organization’s security posture through newly enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Akamai services, working closely with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure smooth delivery, timely incident response, and follow‑up on security alerts.
• Provide onboarding support for new systems being brought onto Akamai and consult project teams on Akamai‑related matters.
