About the Role

Responsibilities
  • To lead and bring the Infrastructure Design & Engineering (IFD) cluster forward in adopting BIM processes defined in the digitalization environment of a common infrastructure information and data environment (InSIGHT 2.0).
  • Manage the InSIGHT 2.0 system and develop integration plans with new functionalities to cater to new use cases in InSIGHT 2.0.
  • Architect a well‑designed UI interface to ensure good user experience.
  • Strategise and develop User Administration support plans and System & Application technical support competencies to support internal and external users of InSIGHT 2.0.
  • Engage users and sense‑make of feedback to improve the user interface and remove stakeholder resistance to utilize self‑helped portals/platform.
  • Develop content on the InSIGHT 2.0 platform associated administration training for project administrators to configure their project environment, workflow, BI tools etc.
