LPN/RN POSITION FOR IN HOME CARE AGENCY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR NURSES TO DO IN HOME CARE VISITS WITH PATIENTS. VISITS CAN INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION, WOUND CARE, INJECTIONS, LAB DRAWS, TEACH AND TRAIN, CATHETER CARE, BOWEL PROGRAMS AND MORE.
