Job Descriptions:
Licensed professional nurses who provide support to Registered Nurses in a variety of State facilities, programs and settings. Incumbents observe, identify and document any changes, negative or positive in the condition of the incarcerated individual, promptly reports any changes to a RN to facilitate nursing care plans; demonstrates knowledge of basic nursing skills within the framework of case findings, health teaching, counseling and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
