About the Role
- Shift Planning & Scheduling: Organize daily shift schedules, manage staff rotations, and plan for extra manpower or materials to handle changing workloads smoothly.
- Fleet & Resource Allocation: Efficiently assign LPG trucks and trailers based on daily demand to ensure timely and safe distributions.
- Safety & Compliance: Supervise all on-site activities to guarantee strict adherence to safety standards, hazardous materials handling protocols, and company regulations.
- Process Optimization: Monitor daily shift operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement ways to improve efficiency, cut down-time, and reduce operational costs.
- Reporting & Incident Management: Keep detailed logs of shift performance, inventory levels, and track any operational or safety incidents, escalating issues immediately when necessary.
