About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist, Loyalty Partner Marketing to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a financial partner within a co-branded credit card and loyalty program. This person will help coordinate and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for a financial partner, building strong working relationships while representing internal business priorities and requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, push, web, in-app, and print.
  • Manage campaign intake, briefing, prioritization, tracking, development, and review processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technology, Business Intelligence, and Operations to support campaign execution.
