Looking for long-term child care for kindergarten-aged kids

We are seeking a reliable and caring au pair or nanny for long-term child care in our home. Two children, aged 5 and 7, require supervision, light meals, help with bedtime routines, and engaging activities during after-school hours. The position would include occasional school run, some homework help, and ensuring a safe, cheerful environment. We value punctuality, good communication, and a proactive approach to safety and routines. We prefer someone with first-aid knowledge and experience with children in this age group. Garda vetting or equivalent background checks are a plus. The role would be ongoing, with potential for occasional weekend coverage if needed.
