This role within a Quality Improvement Consulting Company requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training, and a minimum of two years as an accredited surveyor. As a key player, you will make independent decisions and prioritize surveys effectively to certify long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed surveys of care facilities
• Foster quality improvements and compliance
• Independently handle the survey process
• Navigate and resolve conflicts professionally
• Regular travel required, up to 75% of the time

Requirements:
