+ As a Transportation Specialist, you will monitor active shipments, investigate transportation disruptions, identify root causes, and coordinate real-time solutions to keep freight moving across the network.
+ Acting as a key point of contact for carriers, drivers, rail partners, and internal teams, you will leverage internal systems and operational data to support on-time pickup and delivery performance.
+ This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and brings strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Your calls will be monitored and recorded for training and compliance purposes.

+ Able to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
