Description

SAIC is seeking a logistics analyst to work from our warehouse at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, New Mexico, supporting a program for the Space Systems Command (SSC). The selected candidate will support planning, development and implementation of processes to coordinate physical distribution, order fulfillment, inventory management and control, and contract management activities.

Your primary duties will include:

• Prepare and review Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, invoices, and carrier paperwork.


• Verify package integrity and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.


• Maintain digital and physical records of shipments in accordance with customer and company policy.


• Coordinate inbound receiving schedules with warehouse receiving teams.


• Track inbound load status and communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
