Logistics Representative (Monterrey)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure transportation arrangements are made for shipments.
• Monitor customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System.
• Maintain any team mailboxes.
• Perform relationship- and knowledge-based exception management to pre-defined processes.
• Document and organize existing standard operating processes.
• Learn multiple job functions within assigned team.
• Facilitate customer calls and updates; identify when outgoing calls are needed to offer proactive answers.
• Meet operational metrics.
• Conduct CHR Systems trainings to external CHR customer representatives.
• Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Make fact-based suggestions on how customers can achieve their goals in utilizing CHR by understanding CHR's value proposition.
