Logistics Operator

THE ROLE

The Logistics Operator is a hands‑on, shop‑floor role at our West Wales Airport site. You keep parts and materials moving through the site — receiving and inspecting goods inwards, storing and picking stock, kitting and feeding the assembly and integration cells, supporting the teams that test and service our aircraft, and packing and dispatching finished aircraft and spares.

You make sure the right parts are in the right place, at the right time, in the right condition and with the right paperwork — and that what the system says we hold matches what is physically on the shelf. You work closely with Supply Chain, Production Planning & Control, Quality, the assembly and integration cells, and the flight‑test and servicing teams, and you are part of building the logistics operation up from the ground as the site scales through the OVERMATCH programme.
