Logistics Coordinator (Xico)

Role Description
This full‐time, on‐site position is located in Mexico City, MEXICA, for a Logistics Coordinator.
The role manages the company'sUS domestic logistics operations, coordinating purchase orders, warehouse transfers, and inbound shipments to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
The coordinator works closely with suppliers, dray carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal production/material teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inbound Shipment Tracking & System Management (Visco & Portals)
Update and maintain the Visco ERP system with shipment milestones (Master Bill of Lading, Container Numbers, etc.).
Monitor and update status in Visco ERP (At Source, In Transit).
Track and input Lot Numbers into Visco ERP and update the internal PO Tracker.
Identify, log, and resolve transit delays; document reasons if a shipment remains in transit for more than 10 days.
