About the Role

            Responsibilities  Manage and Process Shipments Order:  Process customer shipment orders, ensuring all relevant documentation (release notes, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists) is complete and accurate for inbound and outbound order processing. 
Create Advance Shipment Notices (ASN) and Sales Orders (SO) in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). 
Coordinate transportation for both containerized and non-containerized cargo with external vendors. 
Track vessel, shipment, and container status through Portnet to ensure timely deliveries. 
  
Customer and Supplier Liaison:  Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline order processing and address customer requests efficiently. 
Liaise with Singapore Customs, handling discrepancies, storage extensions, and other cargo‑related matters.
