About the Role

Halter is building a virtual fencing operating system that is transforming how farmers manage their land and animals. The Logistics Specialist will own the end‑to‑end flow of hardware going out to new customers, acting as the air traffic controller of our dispatch operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch new hardware orders to farmers across all New Zealand regions
• Work closely with our 3PL partners, holding them accountable to speed and quality
• Manage timelines, track shipments, and proactively solve delivery issues
• Keep our internal teams aligned and informed
• Dive into the details when something doesn’t look right
• Continuously improve the dispatch process so it scales clean
