Logistics Buying Support Specialist

You will be responsible for providing a transport solution for all the transport requests received:

• Reception of the transport requests


• Preparing and launching RFQ for spot and contract purchases 


• Monitoring suppliers’ responses, analyse and selection of the awarded carrier(s)


• Communicate results to different stakeholders


• Booking all the mandatory information in the system (slot reservation, name of the company, name of the driver, truck registration plate…)


• Ensure a good communication of the health and safety procedures in place in the site of loading 


• Declaration of the transport order in AML systems for invoicing purposes


• Ensure follow up of the loading operations and deliveries if needed 


• Daily communication with transport and logistics teams, carriers and EPO
