Responsibilities

• Plan shipment – forecast, scheduling, and coordination
• Coordinating with shipping agent on customs clearance and documentation
• Prepare export documentation including exhibits/certificates
• Initiate PI count – weekly/monthly/yearly
• PI count reconciliation and JDE update
• Permits / Licenses – NoaH, Poison, LMW, Skim Milk, Bank Guarantee
• Monthly Customs report (M1, M2, M4, Sub Con)
• Scrap form & arrang...
