Logistic Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily delivery schedules
• Optimize logistics procedures to reduce cost and improve efficiency
• Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams, third party logistics, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Record all inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries
• Prepare weekly inventory report for the management
• Regular audit of inventory count in warehouse vs Office records

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: College Graduate in any course
• Experience Level: 3 years up experience on management of deliveries and logistics procedures.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in logistics software, and excellent communication abilities.
