Internship opportunity to support packaging artwork management, supplier coordination, and order monitoring in a manufacturing environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in maintaining artwork change records for each customer and ensure suppliers use the latest approved packaging artwork before orders are placed.
• Support monitoring of packaging material orders to ensure timely receipt, correct specifications, acceptable quality, and accurate quantities; document and report delays, defects, or discrepancies.
• Assist in sourcing packaging material suppliers to improve quality and cost efficiency.
• Support coordination with suppliers and internal teams on artwork design for new orders.
• Assist in checking suppliers’ invoices for accuracy before submission to the Accounts Department and help with proper filing of related documents.
