About the Role
Job Description
- Coordinating with Sales for cargo arrangement
- Following up information and status of cargo arrangement
- Replying an arrangement schedule to customers upon purchase orders and/or production plan
- Issuing correct purchase orders and/or production plan by following instruction
- Communicating with overseas and/or out-source compounders for cargo arrangement
- Keep monitoring the level of storage stock to be an appropriate level
- Sharing a stock status to related parties when facing a supply problem or excessive stock etc.
- Assigning the correct inventory under normal situation
- Considering inventory allocation for customers under standard concept of allocation - Realizing customer's sales order situation for abnormal case and sharing to related parties - Perform other related duties as required
