Logistic Coordinator

My client in Marble Hall is looking for a dynamic Logistic Coordinator to join their team

Minimum requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in logistics or 2 year relevant experience 


• MS Office

Daily tasks:

• Receive purchase orders and liaise regularly with clients 


• Plan and schedule the accurate and timely delivery of shipments to clients


• Coordinate shipments and place purchase orders on transport agents


• Maintain accurate shipment schedules and records 


• Monitor and respond timeously to changing demands


• Anticipate and mitigate any potential transport challenges or disruptions


• Manage transport expenditure, reduce costs and assist in selection of transport agents
