LOFTER SUPVERVISOR I

Summary You will serve as a LOFTER SUPERVISOR I in the SHIPFITTER SHOP (SHOP 11A), HULL DIVISION (TRF CODE 310), REPAIR DEPARTMENT (TRF CODE 300) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY. Responsibilities You will plan weekly work schedules to be accomplished by Shipfitter Shop personnel in accordance with program directives and requirements. You will coordinate and integrate shop production work schedules with other shops and codes, Ship Force and military Ship Superintendents. You will provide technical directions over work efforts of subordinates to ensure efficient and effective accomplishments of Shipfitter Shop operations. You will report problems and work stoppages and/or job holdups along with recommended solutions to the Hull Division General Foreman and/or the Hull Division Officer. You will provide administrative supervision/management over Shipfitter Shop operations and promote EEO awareness.
