Shift Description: 7p - 7a
Shift Type: Nights
• Board Certified(Acute Care Certification) - REQUIRED
• OH License - Preferred; willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
• BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
• AVAILABILITY MUST BE NOTED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR - Preference to providers that can cover ALL dates
• Flu vaccine - REQUIRED at time of credentialing
• COVID Vaccine - Preferred
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
