About the Role 

Pacific National is seeking a highly analytical and forward‑thinking Locomotive Asset Planner to lead the planning and optimisation of asset programs across our locomotive fleet.

With a focus on a 12–36 month planning horizon, this role ensures asset strategies, maintenance programs and capital initiatives are aligned to operational requirements, reliability targets and business priorities.
