+ Hourly pay: $18
+ Weekly pay: $200 for full week of work
+ Stop pay: $20-$22 per stop
+ Tarping pay: $60 per load
+ Detention pay: $22 per hour after 1 hour
+ Off account work pay: $225-$300 per day
+ Safety training pay: $20 per hour
+ New hire training pay: $200 per day
+ Holiday pay: $200 per day
+ Daily home time
+ Onsite management
+ Paid online orientation
