Compensation - Average Annual Salary $95,000 per year, which includes:
* Starting salary is $80,000 per year ($1,538 per week) plus LCV bonus.
* $100 for every LCV run (approximately 3 x's per week/$15,000 per year).
* Annual reviews, potential pay increases based on performance.
* Annual Holiday and Safety bonuses, based on performance.
* Typical work week is 40-50 hours per week.
