Editing of consumer, commercial and TRID loan documents for compliance with regulations, bank policies, and bank procedures

Communication with loan staff, primarily processors and lenders

Assist loan officers and customers as needed

Consistent execution of policies and procedures

Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Share responsibility for completion of all departmental objectives

Perform other job related duties and projects as assigned
