About the Role

Job Description
The Litigation Support Assistant provides critical backend support to a growing legal team. This role is heavily detail-oriented and requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro. The primary focus of this position is reviewing and verifying PDF exhibits against investigator-created spreadsheets, ensuring all data is complete, accurate, and properly documented. The role also includes drafting standardized pleadings with minor case-specific modifications. 
Responsibilities: 
Exhibit & Data Verification (Primary Responsibility) Review investigator-prepared PDF exhibits and cross-check each document against the corresponding Excel spreadsheet. Verify accuracy and completeness of data including: Email addresses Physical addresses WhatsApp numbers Domain names Other identifying information Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies between PDFs and spreadsheets. Ensure spreadsheets are fully p...
