Litigation Senior Associate (8-10+ PQE)

Salary: £80,000-£105,000 + bonus Location: Harrow area Clear route to Partnership

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of complex litigation matters from instruction through to resolution, acting as a key senior fee earner within the team and a trusted adviser to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a caseload of complex, high-value litigation matters from inception to conclusion
• Provide strategic advice on contentious issues across a range of sectors
• Represent clients in High Court and County Court proceedings and through ADR (including mediation and arbitration )
• Draft, review and negotiate key documents including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
