About the Role

Our prestigious, California based global law firm client is seeking a Litigation Practice Assistant to join its San Francisco office. This is an outstanding opportunity to support a sophisticated litigation practice handling complex matters from case inception through trial in a collaborative Big Law environment.


Hybrid is 3 days in office and 2 remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and legal support to Litigation attorneys.
  • Manage complex litigation calendars, deadlines, and multi-jurisdiction e-filings.
  • Coordinate all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
  • Handle new matter intake, attorney time entry, billing, expense reports, and travel coordination.
