Our established, high-volume civil litigation defense firm is seeking a seasoned Civil Litigator to join our San Antonio office. Headquartered in Austin, our firm is looking for a dedicated advocate to manage a diverse and active caseload. The ideal candidate will possess a rigorous work ethic, sophisticated legal acumen, and a proven track record in defense litigation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and lead various phases of civil litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

• Develop and execute strategic defense plans for cases involving general liability, premises liability, vehicular accidents, worksite injuries, products liability, and construction defects.

• Conduct extensive legal research and draft high-quality briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
