Our client is a well-established, full-service defence litigation firm with a strong presence in Western Canada. The firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Vancouver office, with a primary focus on strata (condominium) law matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent strata corporations, insurers, and property management clients in a variety of disputes and advisory matters
• Handle litigation matters before the Civil Resolution Tribunal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and other courts/tribunals
• Conduct negotiations, mediations, discoveries, and court appearances
• Advise clients on governance, bylaw enforcement, compliance, operational issues, and day-to-day strata matters
