Line Cook/Prep Cook

Manny's Parkside is looking for a dedicated team member to join our team in the position of Line Cook/Prep Cook.

This position ranges from part-time to full-time hours during the busy season with various shifts available.  This position will be responsible for preparing food/cooking ingredients and assisting kitchen staff.  Position Summary:

• The Line Cook prepares food to the exact Chef's specifications.


• This position involved the preparation of ingredients for service, including tasks such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces.
• The Line Cook assists with menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff.  The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
• This position is responsible for undertaking basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, etc.
