Title: Line Cook

Reports to: Assistant Head Chef, Head Chef and Branch Manager

Job Overview: The Line Cook oversees preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. They make sure everything has been set up correctly before starting work. They use specialized kitchen tools to prepare essential ingredients and create a finished product for restaurants.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing and cooking food items as per the menu and specific recipes. This includes tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and cooking various components of dishes.
  • Sets up their designated station with all necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment required for the shift. This involves ensuring that all ingredients are properly portioned and organized for efficient cooking.
