+ Understand and adhere to all food hygiene and health safety regulations.
+ Cook, prepare and serve quality food items to our guests while providing prompt service and proper portioning of food items.
+ Monitor and control safe food handling procedures, including: time/temperature control, sanitation, cross-contamination, product rotation, storage levels, and cooling procedures.
_*Must remain active through October 26th in order to be eligible for bonus pay. Incentive will be paid out after November 1st. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time._
