About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to prepare delicious meals according to our menu and customer preferences. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality food preparation, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Education and Training
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
Formal culinary training or a certification in food preparation (e.g., culinary arts degree or diploma) is an advantage.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP certification or equivalent).
Work Experience
Proven experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
Experience in preparing various cuisines or menu types (e.g., casual dining, fine dining, or specific cuisine expertise).
Technical Skills
Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools (e.g., grills, ovens, mixers...
