Role Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for North American transportation companies
• Manage bookings, modifications and driver coordination using dispatch software (LimoAnywhere, iCabbi, Moovs and others – full training provided)
• Coordinate directly with drivers and clients in real time
• Cover assigned shifts including evenings and nights (North American time zones)
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched trips and communications
