Enterprise Housing Credit Investments is seeking an Assistant Director, LIHTC Structuring Services to join our team of specialists dedicated to strengthening communities through high-quality affordable housing investments. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of how Enterprise structures its Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investments. We are looking for someone with tax accounting or tax law experience, deep LIHTC expertise, exceptional analytical skills, advanced excel modeling skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and external partners.
