Role and Key Responsibilities

  • Required to conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections to detect lift wear, misalignment, faults, or deterioration
  • Able to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or control system failures, and carry out lift corrective repairs
  • Respond to emergency calls for entrapment and breakdown.
  • Able to test system performance and safety devices (e.g. brakes, door sensors, overload sensors) and ensure compliance with safety regulations。
  • Maintain detailed records/logbooks of maintenance, inspections, repairs, parts used, and service tasks performed.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, management, and vendors for lift parts, permits, or projects as needed.
  • Provide guidance or demonstration to users on safe usage of the lifts.
