2 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose The Lifelong Links Coordinator works directly with children and young people to help them build and strengthen lifelong support networks. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and bringing together family members, friends, and other important people to develop sustainable support plans that improve long-term outcomes. Working closely with Children's Social Care and partner services, the Coordinator ensures the child's voice remains central throughout the Lifelong Links process while promoting safe, strengths-based, and relationship-focused practice.
