Occupational therapy interventions including but not limited to: Initial evaluations self-care/home management ADL's functional mobility vision assessment and treatment electric stimulation therapeutic functional activity therapeutic exercise.Required: WA state license BLS Neurologic dx's acute care experiencePreferred: candidate with background in neurologic diagnoses either at Inpatient Rehab facility or acute care.
