About the Role
Job Summary:
Implementation, coordination and supervision of all aspects of a comprehensive Health, Wellness and Clinical Program which addresses the needs of all Assisted Living Residents in accordance with Victory Housing, Inc. Policies and Procedures, COMAR and Board of Nursing Regulations and Standards.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 annualized based on skills and experience.
Oversight includes:
Provide nursing assessments, care planning, care oversight and quality assurance for all residents. Maintain all charts to include, progress notes, identification of nursing interventions, treatments and assessments. Implement a Wellness Program to include weekly scheduled resident Health and Wellness Check-ups, to assure a proactive and preventative clinical approach. Oversight and coordination of all third party vendors to include but not limited to Podiatrists, Dentists, Lab, Pharmacy, Home Health, Hospice etc...
