The 4C Innovation Unit is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

Position Details:

+ Starting Rate: $25.05 per hour
+ Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,500 with a two-year commitment
+ Shift Options:
+ 0630-1900
+ 1830-0700
+ Weekend Requirement:
+ 6 weekend day shifts within a 6-week schedule
+ Holidays:
+ Rotated

Purpose:
Act as a member of the health-care team by exercising sound nursing judgment based on preparation, knowledge, experiencein nursing and competency and able to provide care following UPMC LPN Practice Guidelines and policies, and the State Board Regulations.
