About the Role
- Dispense Medications : Accurately fill prescriptions, provide dosage instructions, and ensure medications are properly labeled and stored.
- Provide Patient Counseling : Advise patients on the safe use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance : Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure all pharmacy operations comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). A valid pharmacist license is required.
- Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of drug classifications, interactions, and pharmaceutical calculations. Familiarity with pharmacy software is an advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and attention to detail, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
