We're looking for a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist who specializes in eyelash extensions and is ready to grow their career in a professional, supportive, and bilingual-friendly environment. What You'll Do * Apply classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions with precision and care * Educate clients on lash aftercare to promote retention and lash health * Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects our studio standards * Provide friendly, professional service that keeps clients coming back * Assist with content creation and social media (optional but a plus) Requirements * Valid Illinois esthetician or cosmetology license * Experience with lash extensions (1+ year preferred) * Excellent communication and client care skills * Spanish-speaking is a huge plus!
